

Sometimes I like to mix my workouts up and I do these two DVDs during the week and I LOVE them. I'm always so sore the next the day! So if you don't like to gym it all the time I suggest you try these out! Although I do not have my six pack yet! ;) Hopefully it will come soon! (Ya Right!)
The last thing you need to do is workout! I have to say that I love Jillian tho. I love the way I feel after any of her workouts, they are the best way to start the day off. I just wish I looked like her after doing them....
ReplyDeleteThis is good to know. I am going to put my gym membership on hold during the summer while the kids are out of school, and I want to get some new workout dvd's before I put the membership on hold. I hope you had a great birthday. We think about you every year when we put on our green!
