
I got the biggest loser family cookbook and if you know me you know that I
CANNOT cook at all! No really I cant cook whatsoever! But since having this book I have actually been able to make some things without messing it up too bad! Jordan is so nice and and will try my meals and claims "this is so good" ,but he is probably just being sweet. I really like how easy and healthy all the recipes are and I'm one to count calories and fat and with this book it's all right there for you! It's fantastic, it's like this book was made for me!

CHOCOLATE-PEANUT BUTTER GRAHAMWICHES
4 WHOLE CHOCOLATE GRAHAM CRACKER SHEETS
4 TEASPOONS REDUCED-FAT PEANUT BUTTER
1/2 CUP FROZEN FAT-FREE WHIPPED TOPPING, THAWED
Break each graham cracker in half and spread on the peanut butter and the whipped topping and put the other half of the cracker on top. Transfer to an airtight plastic container and place in freezer. Freeze for about 2 hours. Serve frozen.
